ImageIn our third hour "Radio International goes to the Eurovision Song Contest of 1973 once again. In this second part we air an interview with the winner of the 1973 Eurovision Song Contest - Anne-Marie David who won for Luxembourg with "Tu te reconnaitras". In this special programme you can not only hear the interview with Anne-Marie David but also a stage performance she did in front of Eurovision fans and tells about her past. Enjoy!

This week we spoke to Joey Bianco who visited us in the Radio International studios to introduce his latest CD single release which is "Let the sun shine in your heart" which is a cover version of the 1987 Eurovision Song Contest entry from Germany reaching Number 2 for Wind. Eurovision Song Contest 2008:

The viewers and voters of the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest have selected Dima Bilan from Russia to win the 53rd Eurovision Song Contest. Congratulations! Joining the show on a weekly basis is Marcus Keppel-Palmer with an analysis of Europe's biggest music event there is. Musically, the show is spiced with 90% of Eurovision 2008 songs which made it big during the show and your music requests. Keep sending them in and we will be pleased to play them.

Interview with Svante Stockselius, Executive Supervisor of the Eurovision Song Contest:
Also we aired an interview with Mr. Svante Stockselius on the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest and possible changes. Dutch Eurovision Fan Club Convention - Eurovision Artists - Saturday, 14 June 2008:
Joining us on the phone we talked to Jaap van der Kaaden who is the Public Relations Officer for the Eurovision Artists. This is one of the Dutch Eurovision Fan Clubs which are holding their annual Fan Club Convention this coming Saturday, 14 June 2008. Colin Berry, the legendary voice from BBC Radio 2 in the UK now hosts a Saturday Radio Show on BBC Three Counties Radio including a Eurovision Spot. Colin Berry was the spokesperson for the British jury for over 20 years.
