On Sunday, 13 April 2008 Boaz Mauda came to Amsterdam to perform at a charity event to collect funds for the "New Immigrant Orphans Project". You can find out more about this charity by clicking here. 

Boaz Mauda was selected to represent Israel at the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest in Belgrade. Out of five ballade songs the viewing public selected "Ke'ilo kan" to be the song for Israel.
