Eurovision Song Contest 2017: Another chapter in the book of the Eurovision Song Contest has been written as the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 took place in Kyiv's International Exhibition Centre, Ukraine on 09 & 11 May 2017 with the two Semi Finals and the Grand Final on Saturday, 13 May 2017. Congratulations go to Salvador and Luisa Sobral for winning the Eurovision Song Contest for Portugal for the very first time with the song "Amar pelos dois (Love for both of us)". Over the next few weeks into the summer of 2017 Radio International provides the perfect Post Eurovision Depression Cure (PED) and broadcasts many of the interviews on the shows to come with the Eurovision artists from Kyiv and more. Interview with Luisa Sobral (Portugal 2017, Eurovision Winner): Portugal won the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 with Salvador Sobral being the lead artist on the performance, however, his sister Luisa Sobral is the genius behind the winning song of Eurovision 2017 entitled "Amar pelos dois (Love for both of us)" and performed with winning reprise together with Salvador at the end of the show. Due to Salvador's health issue he was not able to come for the first rehearsal week and Luisa stood in for him performing in the rehearsals. JP and Eugene from Radio International met Luisa for an interview after the press conference of Portugal. Interview with Blanche (Belgium 2017): Belgium was represented by Blanche who achieved a very remarkable 4th place at the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 Grand Final with the song "City Lights". The song is a great radio hit already all over Europe. After the Press Conference with Blanche JP and Eugene from Radio International had the pleasure to meet and interview Blanche in the Kyiv Press Centre. Interview with Robin Bengtsson (Sweden 2017): Emerging from the biggest national final to the Eurovision Song Contest is Robin Bengtsson who won Melodifestivalen and with that represented Sweden at the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 with the song "I can't go on" reaching Number 5. Sweden opened up the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 in Semi Final 1 and Radio International's JP and Eugene conducted an interview with Robin right after his Press Conference. Interview with the Hosts of Eurovision Song Contest 2017: The 62nd Eurovision Song Contest from the International Exhibition Centre (IEC) in Kyivm Ukraine was hosted by three TV hosts on Ukrainian TV: Oleksander Skichko, Volodymyr Ostapchuk and Timur Miroshnychenk. Timur is no strangers to the Eurovision Song Contest since he is the commentator of Ukrainian TV as well as hosted the Junior Eurovision Song Contest twice previously. Details about the other two are given in the interview that was done after the Hosts Press Conference when JP and Eugene has the pleasure in chatting with the Hosts of the Eurovision Song Contest 2017. Interview with Baccara (Luxembourg 1978): A very special performance to the many Eurovision fans happened when Baccara performed in front of the fans at the Pre-Party to Eurovision in Concert 2017 at the beginning of April. The two ladies performed their Disco classics such as "Sorry I'm a lady" and "Yes Sir I can Boogie" and of course their 1978 Eurovision entry "Parlez-vous Francais" which reached Number 7 in the contest. Although being Spanish they represented Luxembourg back then. JP had the pleasure of chatting with Baccara for a career update as well as promoting their new and latest album. International is always keen to know how the careers of Eurovision
performers develop after their performance at the event. The show is in
collaboration with many Music Companies that supply Radio International
with the latest songs of their signed up artists to bring the muisc
closer to the fans. On a weekly basis Radio International receives songs
which are being featured on the show.

is to identify the five clips with Artist, Song, Country and Year. Send

form. As for the quiz answers, you have two weeks time to crack the quiz
after Radio International was aired live. That gives the chance for the
listeners who were not able to join us live on Wednesdays to participate
