Interview with Sandra Kim (Eurovision Winner 1986, Belgium):  One of the youngest singers to win the Eurovision Song Contest was in 1986 Sandra Kim who with "J'aime la vie" represented Belgium in Bergen, Norway. Radio International's JP had the pleasure to meet Sandra Kim a few times over the years and this time Eric interviewed the first Belgian Winner at the Icelandic National Final to the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 as Sandra Kim won in the year that Iceland took part the very first time in the Eurovision Song Contest. In 2016 Iceland celebrates 30 years participation in the contest. For this special 30th anniversary national final Iceland's RUV TV invited the Eurovision Winner form 1986 - Sandra Kim. The Eurovision Champion Chart - Greece:  The Eurovision Champion Chart is produced by Craig Mitchell Johnstone in conjunction with the Face Book Group called "Eurovision Champions". On selected Shows Eurovision Radio International produces various one hour shows with the music of the Eurovision Champion Chart as voted for by the fans of Eurovision. The Eurovision Champion this week runs down the entries from Portugal to the Eurovision Song Contest in the order how the fans voted for the songs from Portugal. What is the best Portuguese Song at the Eurovision Song Contest. Eurovision Song Contest Spotlight - The Dreaded Number 2 Position:  Through the Summer 2016 the Radio International's Eurovision Experts came up with the idea to take a look at the dreaded starting position of the Euroision Song Contest from where no country ever won the Eurovision Song Contest. This week Ross Bennett continues the series and you will be hearing some nice Eurovision oldies as well in this near Eurovision Spotlight. Enjoy the new Radio International Summer series. 

 

Eurovision Under Cover:  This ever so popular feature on Radio International is David Mann's weekly edition of the Eurovision Cover Versions where David Mann from Eurovision Norwich will be intoducing some of the finest Eurovision Song Contest entries covered by other singers. Just be surprised. You will be hearing the actual song that has been on the Eurovision stage followed by the cover. Listeners are encouraged to send in their cover versions they came across over the years to share with the other fans tuning into the show. Alternatively, listeners can send in their request for a particular Eurovision covered song using this link. 

Eurovision Song Contest News: Nathan Waddell joins the team in the studio every week to bring you the news and the latest developments connected to the Eurovision Song Contest such as the National Finals or if it is music releases of Eurovision performers, special concerts, gossip, etc Nathan will have it all for us during the weekly edition of Radio International. New Song Releases by Eurovision Artists:  Radio International is always keen to know how the careers of Eurovision performers develop after their performance at the event. The show is in collaboration with many Music Companies that supply Radio International with the latest songs of their signed up artists to bring the muisc closer to the fans. On a weekly basis Radio International receives songs which are being featured on the show.
