Interview with Nicki French (United Kingdom 2000): She would "kill" to go back to Eurovision as she told Radio International in previous interviews - Nicki French who
represented the United Kingdom at the Eurovison Song Contest 2000 in
from Stockholm, Sweden from the Globen Arena. Back then she
performed the song "Don't play that song again" which came 16th
in the final ranking of the night. Five year's earlier - in 1995, she
had a chart smash all over Europe with a dance version of Bonnie Tyler's
"Total eclipse of the heart". Again Nicki is the favourite
presenter to host the Eurovision Preview event in London's Cafe de
Paris
on 17 April 2016. One of Radio International's most faithful
listeners is Sadie Trent from the United Kingdom who had the pleasure to
meet Nicki French at a Pride Concert at Weston Supermare and sent in
the interview to share with the other Eurovision Fans worldwide. Hear

Interview with Karl WIlliam Lund (United Kingdom National Final 2016): Joe and Jake won the national selection the BBC hosted earlier on this year. Six acts were presented to the audience and the public voted for Joe and Jake who then represent the United Kingdom at the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 with the song "You're not alone" which reached Number 24 in the Grand Final in Stockholm, Sweden last May. Competing in the UK National with Joe and Jake was a young gentleman by the name of Karl William Lund who performed the song "Miracle". Radio International's David Mann and JP met Karl William Lund during his participation at the Berlin Eurovision Weekend 2016 on 15 - 17 July 2016 where he competed in the very first OGAEvision Song Contest 2016 for the United Kingdom covering the Australian Eurovision entry for 2016 performed by Dami Im called "The Sound of Silence" that came second to Jamala from Ukraine. On selected Shows Eurovision Radio International produces various one hour shows with the music of the Eurovision Champion Chart as voted for by the fans of Eurovision. The Eurovision Champion this week runs down the Romanian entries to the Eurovision Song Contest in the order how the fans voted for the songs from Romania. New Song Releases by Eurovision Artists: Radio
International is always keen to know how the careers of Eurovision
performers develop after their performance at the event. The show is in
collaboration with many Music Companies that supply Radio International
with the latest songs of their signed up artists to bring the muisc
closer to the fans. On a weekly basis Radio International receives songs
which are being featured on the show.

Eurovision Quiz: Scratch your heads and bite your
nails at our weekly Eurovision Song Contest Quiz. Good luck and win a
copy of a past Eurovision Song Contest Final on DVD or a dip into the
Eurovision Goodies Bag. All you
have to do
is to identify the five clips with Artist, Song, Country and Year. Send
your answers via the website's CONTACTs
form. As for the quiz answers, you have two weeks time to crack the quiz
after Radio International was aired live. That gives the chance for the
listeners who were not able to join us live on Wednesdays to participate
