You can also reach us on Twitter: @RadioInt Hightlights of the show Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2015: This week's edition of Radio International devotes most of it's content to the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2015 which was staged in Sofia's Arena Armeec in Bulgaria on 21 November 2015. 17 countries took part in the music competition for children including newcomers Australia and Ireland. The complete list of the 17 countries are: Albania, Armenia, Australia, Belarus, Bulgaria, FYRO Macedonia, Georgia, Ireland, Italy, Malta, Montenegro, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovenia, The Netherlands and Ukraine. This year's theme song of the event is "#Discover" sung by last year's Bulgarian representative Krisia. Live Interview with Destiny (Junior Eurovision 2015 Winner, Malta): Malta won the Junior Eurovision Song Contest for a
second time following in the footsteps of Gaia Cauchi in 2013 who won
with the song "The Start" - Destiny Chukunyere made the race for
Europe's Junior Eurovision Song of 2015 with the song "Not my soul" receiving the
highest number of points ever awarded to a winning song in the 13 year
history of the contest - 185 points. Destiny and her team returned to sunny Malta the
day after the contest and had a Heroe's Welcome at the airport greeted
by many people. Radio International is extremely happy to welcome
Destiny back to the airwaves of Eurovision Radio International live to
tell us about the week from her point of view. Destiny joins JP via phone live from Malta for an interview. Listener and viewers to the Radio International Livestream Channel
are encouraged to actively take part in the interview and send in
their questions to Destiny which will be ready out during the interview
to the young singer with the mention to the listeners.
Interview with Mika (JESC 2015, Armenia, Number 2): Armenia sent in 12 year old Mika who represented his country with the song "Love"
which at the end of the voting ranked second after Malta's Destiny with
a total of 176 points. Mika is a really impressive personality and
knows how to handle media very wll. He has been through many national
and international music festivals and started his television career as
the host of a quiz TV show called "Puzzle". JP from Radio
International had a first reaction interview with Mika after the Grand
Final of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2015 was over but also this
week listen to an interview that was done in the run up to the Grand
Final.

Interview with Lina Kuduzovic (JESC 2015, Slovenia, Number 3): An amazing performance from a young lady by the name of Lina Kuduzovic represented Slovenia at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2015 with the song "Prva ljubezen" which means "First Love"
which received a total 112 points. This is the highest amount of points
Slovenia ever has received at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest.

Interview with Ruslan Aslanov (JESC 2015, Belarus, Number 4): One of the most impressive songs and voice of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2015 was Ruslan Aslanov who performed the song "Volshebstvo" which means "Magic"
and received a total amount of 105 points ranking Belarus at Number 4
in the contest. Belarus is together with Malta (2013 & 2015) and
Georgia (2008 & 2011) a country that won the Junior Eurovision Song
Contest twice with the first victory in 2005. Ruslan would love to
represent his native Belarus at the adult version of the Eurovision Song

Interview with Mishela Rapo (JESC 2015, Albania, Number 5): Albania submitted a very pleasant song to the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2015 called "Dambaje" which at the end of the voting ranked Albania at Number 5 with a total of 93 points. Listen to the interview with Mishela Rapo

Interview with Poli Genova (Host of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2015): A very energetic Poli Genova
hosted the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2015 leading through the
event. Poli is no stranger to the Eurovision world as she represented
Bulgaria at the Eurovision Song Contest 2011 in Duesseldorf, Germany
with the song "Na inat" which came 12th in her Semi Final. JP from Radio International talked to Poli Genova right
after the Press Conference for a little flashback to her Eurovision
participation as well as how she got selected as host of the Junior
Eurovision Song Contest 2015. Listen to this interview on this week's

Eurovision Song Contest Spotlight - The Best of Melodifestivalen: With the victory of Mans Zelmerloew in Vienna winning the Eurovision Song Contest 2015 with the song "Heroes"
the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 will be stage in Stockholm's Globen
Arena in Sweden next May. Without doubt Swedish Television produces the
biggest National Final there is to select the song that represents
Sweden at the Eurovision Song Contest filling large halls across the
country in the stages of Melodifestivalen - sometimes even bigger than
the Eurovision Song Contest itself. In view of the upcoming event in
Stockholm the team of Radio International looks back at some of the
greatest songs that emerged from the Melodifestivalen over the years.
The series starts this week with Ross Bennett who takes a look at Melodifestivalen 2009.
Eurovision UnderCover: This ever so popular feature on Radio International is David Mann's weekly edition of the Eurovision Cover Versions where David Mann from Eurovision Norwich
will be intoducing some of the finest Eurovision Song Contest
entries covered by other singers. Just be surprised. You will be hearing
the actual song that has been on the Eurovision stage followed by the
cover. Listeners are encouraged to send in
their cover versions they came across over the years to share with the
other fans tuning into the show. Alternatively, listeners can send in
their request for a particular Eurovision covered song using this link. Eurovision Song Contest News: Nathan Waddell joins the team in the studio every week to bring you the news and the latest developments connected to the Eurovision Song Contest such as the National Finals or if it is music releases of Eurovision performers, special concerts, gossip, etc Nathan will have it all for us during the weekly edition of Radio International. New Song Releases by Eurovision Artists: Radio
International is always keen to know how the careers of Eurovision
performers develop after their performance at the event. The show is in
collaboration with many Music Companies that supply Radio International
with the latest songs of their signed up artists to bring the muisc
closer to the fans. On a weekly basis Radio International receives songs
which are being featured on the show.

nails at our weekly Eurovision Song Contest Quiz. Good luck and win a
copy of a past Eurovision Song Contest Final on DVD or a dip into the

have to do
is to identify the five clips with Artist, Song, Country and Year. Send
your answers via the website's CONTACTs
form. As for the quiz answers, you have two weeks time to crack the quiz
after Radio International was aired live. That gives the chance for the
listeners who were not able to join us live on Wednesdays to participate
