 Tribute to Udo Juergens (Winner, Austria 1966): Just before Christmas 2014 the Music World saw the tragic loss one of the greatest singers of our time - UDO JUERGENS
who suprisingly passed away on 21 December 2014 during taking a walk.
He had just celebrated his 80th birthday and had planned a tour in 2015.
Udo Juergens represented Austria three times at the Eurovision Song Contest in the early days. "Warum nur Warum" ranked 6th in 1964, "Sag ihr ich lass die gruessen"
ranking 4th in 1965 and then the very first victory for Austris came in
1966 when Udo Juergens was the Eurovision Song Contest with the song "Merci Cherie". Udo Jürgen Bockelmann wrote over 1000 hits and details of all can be found here.
David Mann will be main host of the show this week and brings a special
on Udo Juergens during this week's edition of Eurovision Radio
International.
 Eurovision Radio International - Let's flash back: David Mann
will also be taking a look back at previous editions of the show from
the archives and takes the best picks and spins the best Eurovision
songs over the years. Hour 2 features the Eurovision Winners of the early days 1956 to 1966. Also there is a bit more of Eurovision Radio
International InDaMix reviewing 2014. The next regular edition of Radio
International will be next week on 14 January 2015 when JP returns with
something special not to be missed as well as the regulars all returning
from their well earned Christmas Break.  Eurovision UnderCover: The last in the regular series on Radio International for 2014 is the Eurovision Cover Versions where David Mann from Eurovision Norwich
will be intoducing some of the finest Eurovision Song Contest
entries covered by other singers. Just be surprised. You will be hearing
the actual song that has been on the Eurovision stage followed by the
cover. Enjoy the brand new series. Listeners are encouraged to send in
their cover versions they came across over the years to share with the
other fans tuning into the show. Alternatively, listeners can send in
