Live Interview with Federica Falzon (JESC 2014, Malta): Following in the footsteps of Gaia Gauchi who won the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2013 for Malta in Kiev with the song "The Start" - is Federica Falzon.
Having the same vocal teacher as Gaia - Gillian Attard, Federica is
going very strong into the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2014 which
this year is also hosted by last year's winning country - MALTA. The
competition takes place in the Marsa Ship Yard inspired by Copenhagen as
this year's Eurovision Song Contest also came from a ship yard. The
date of the event is Saturday 15 November 2014. Federica will compete
with the song "Diamonds". Just like last year when Gaia joined
the Team of Radio International for an interview prior to the Junior
Eurovision Song Contest, Radio International is extremely happy to
welcome this year Federica to the show for a little chat.
Live Interview with Vladislav Yakovlelv (Executive Supervisor of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest): The
European Broadcasting Union's responsible man in all matters concerning
the Junior Eurovision Song Contest - Mr. Vladislav Yakovlev which be
joining this week's edition of Radio International for an interview
regarding the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in general and in
particular this year's edition which comes from Malta on Saturday 15
November 2014 when 16 countries will be competing for the Top 3
trophies. The countries are: Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Croatia,
Cyprus, Georgia, Italy, Malta, Montenegro, Russia, San Marino, Serbia,
Slovenia, Sweden, The Netherlands and Ukraine. For Vladislav
Yakovlev it is the second Junior Eurovision Song Contest he is
responsible for from the side of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU)

with Vladislav Yakovlev. Luke Fisher has been employed by
the EBU to run the website of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest and
Luke, as a former Radio International Eurovision Newscaster will join JP
in the studio this week as co-host. Also a Junior Eurovision Song
Contest 2014 Special is in preparation for broadcast on 12 November 2014
hosted by JP and Luke.
Interview with Alexander Rybak (Eurovision Winner 2009, Norway): Part of the guest line up of the OGAE Luxembourg Eurovision Gala on Saturday, 25 October 2014 were three winners of the Eurovision Song Contest. Loreen (Sweden 2012), Linda Martin (Ireland 1984 and winner in 1992) and Alexander Rybak (Norway 2009). Radio International was present and interviewed Alexander Rybak on his participation as composer at the national finals of the Eurovision Song Contest 2015 in Belarus and also in Malta and more. Alexander Rybak represented Norway and won the Eurovision Song Contest 2009 with the song "Fairytale". Tune in this week to get the latest from Alexander Rybak in the interview which will air on the show this week.
Eurovision UnderCover: Last week, Radio International started a brand new series on the show featuring Eurovision Cover Versions where David Mann from Eurovision Norwich
will be intoducing some of the finest Eurovision Song Contest
entries covered by other singers. Just be surprised. You will be hearing
the actual song that has been on the Eurovision stage followed by the
cover. Enjoy the brand new series. Listeners are encouraged to send in
their cover versions they came across over the years to share with the
other fans tuning into the show. Alternatively, listeners can send in

New Song Releases by Eurovision Artists: Radio
International is always keen to know how the careers of Eurovision
performers develop after their performance at the event. The show is in
collaboration with many Music Companies that supply Radio International
with the latest songs of their signed up artists to bring the muisc
closer to the fans. On a weekly basis Radio International receives songs
which are being featured on the show.
Eurovision Song Contest News: escXtra.com's Nathan Waddell joins the team in the studio every week to bring you the news
and the latest developments connected to the Eurovision Songesc-n Contest.
Whether it is music releases of Eurovision performers, special
concerts, gossip, etc Nathan will have it all for us during the weekly

such as viewing figures in the various countries and more.
