 Interview with Fabrizio Faniello (Malta 2001 & 2006): Malta
was represented at the Eurovision Song Contestby one of Malta's finest
singers - Fabrizio Faniello who in 2001 first went to Copenhagen with
the song "Another Summer Night" which came 9th and then he tried again when the Eurovision Song Contest 2006 came from sunny and warm Athens with the song "I do".
Unfortunately, the outcome for Fabrizio and Malta was not as successful
as one hoped - Number 24. However, due to Chiara's success Malta was
qualified for the Grand Final. Fabrizo has been attended on and off the
Malta National Final to attempt to get the ticket to the Eurovision Song
Contest for a third time. The last time was last February with the song
"No place like home" which failed to make it into Grand Final
from the Semi Final. During the rehearls at the Malta Eurovision Song
Contest 2014 the Team of Radio International had the big pleasure to
chat with energetic Fabrizio Faniello which will be broadcast on this week's edition of the show. You can watch this interview on our YouTube Channel - click here  Malta Summer Hit Song Contest 2014 - Interview with Deo Grech: The
Theme of Malta continues on the show with the Malta Summer Hit Song
Contest keeping the musical talents alive throughout the summer on the
Maltese Islands. Deo Grech and Ignatius Farrugia hosting a weekly TV
show to introduce the songs and the talents to the audience in Malta and
abroad. What exactly is the Malta Summer Hit Song Contest and what is
the aim of the contest? Deo Grech will be joining JP in the studio live
from Malta to tell us all about the contest. Also listen to the first four entries of 18 in this year's edition of the contest.
 Eurovision Song Contest Spotlight - Eurovision Songwriters - This week: Alasdair Rendal: The
Radio International Spotlight through the summer of 2014 features the
songwriters at the Eurovision Song Contest and in this series the
Eurovision Experts of Radio International will be
taking a look at the songwriters that brought us many great Eurorivison
entries. Continuing this week is Alasdair Rendall taking a lock at the works of Mr. Paul Michael Curtis and
the nice songs he has added to the ears of the many Eurovision fans.
 Eurovision UnderCover: Last week, Radio International started a brand new series on the show featuring Eurovision Cover Versions where David Mann from Eurovision Norwich
will be intoducing some of the finest Eurovision Song Contest
entries covered by other singers. Just be surprised. You will be hearing
the actual song that has been on the Eurovision stage followed by the
cover. Enjoy the brand new series. Listeners are encouraged to send in
their cover versions they came across over the years to share with the
other fans tuning into the show. Alternatively, listeners can send in

 New Song Releases by Eurovision Artists: Radio
International is always keen to know how the careers of Eurovision
performers develop after their performance at the event. The show is in
collaboration with many Music Companies that supply Radio International
with the latest songs of their signed up artists to bring the muisc
closer to the fans. On a weekly basis Radio International receives songs
which are being featured on the show. This week the new single by Jill Johnson and Freaky Fortune.
 Eurovision Song Contest News: Nathan Waddell took over the newscasting from Luke and joins the team in the studio every week to bring you the news
and the latest developments connected to the Eurovision Songesc-n Contest.
Whether it is music releases of Eurovision performers, special
concerts, gossip, etc Nathan will have it all for us during the weekly
edition of Radio International. He also takes a look at some statistics
such as viewing figures in the various countries and more.
