 Live Interview with Lee Matthews (Ireland): Lee
Matthews is a singer in Ireland who has recorded and released the 1997
Eurovision Song Contest Winning Song "Love Shine a light" back then
performed by Katrina and the Waves for the United Kingdom. Lee uses that
song of which the title has been slightly changed to "Shine a Light"
as a charity single in aid of a charity that supports the three
brothers Archie (8) and his twin brothers George and Isaac (4) were all
diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD). The Charity is called Join Our Boys Trust .Visit this link

Radio International this week to chat about the charity and his career
and how come he is giving his support.
 Interview with Ruth Lorenzo (Spain 2014): The Kingdom of Spain
was this represented at the Eurovision Song Contest by one of the most
diverse and amazing singers Spain ever sent in - Ruth Lorenzo.
Ruth lives between Madrid and London and has taken part in the UK
X-Factor. At the Eurovision Song Contest Spain, as well as France,
Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom is one of the Big Five countries
and with that automatically qualified for the Grand Final of the
competition and received 74 points with the song "Dancing in the Rain"
ranking at Number 9 in the Grand Final which is the highest position
among the Big Five countries. Radio International already chatted with
Ruth at Eurovision in Concert 2014 in Amsterdam earlier this year but
has met the singer again for a follow on interview in the Press Centre
in Copenhagen at the Eurovision Song Contest 2014. Hear this interview

 Interview with Sebalter (Switzerland 2014): As every year the
Team of Radio International travels to the Swiss National Final to the
Eurovision Song Contest and so it was no exception in 2014 seeing Sebalter being selected to represent Switzerland at the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 with the song "Hunter of Stars"
which at the end of the competition ranked at Number 13 with 64
points. The Team of Radio International had the pleasure to meet
Sebalter also at the National Final in Malta and then again in
Copenhagen in the Press Centre for a follow on interview. Listen to the

 Interview Sven Epiney (Swiss Commentator 2014): While in the
Press Centre at the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 one always meets
colleagues and singers chatting and exchanging points of view. Radio
International has met Sven Epiney also at the National Final in
Switzerland over the last three years and he is Mr. Eurovision in
Switzerland. In addition of hosting the show he also is one of the
commentators for Swiss TV. JP chatted with Sven about this year's
participation of Switzerland at the Eurovision Song Contest. Hear it on
the show this week.
 Interview with Tinkara Kovac (Slovenia 2014): Slovenia was represented at the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 by the talented Tinkara Kovac with the song "Round and Round"
which successfully qualified from the Semi Final 2 into the Grand Final
and at the end of the competition Slovenia ranked at Number 25 on the
Eurovision 2014 Scoreboard. The last time Slovenia qualified for the
Final was in 2011 with Maja Keuc and "No One". After Tinkara's
Press Conference Radio International met the singer for an interview in
the Press Centre. Hear this interview on this week's edition of the

 Interview with Mariya Yaremchuk (Ukraine 2014): One of the first countries to select their entry to the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 was Ukraine with Mariya Yaremchuk winning the ticket to represent the Ukraine in Copenhagen with the song "Tick Tock"
that at the end of the Grand Final ranked at Number 6 on the Scoreboard
with a total of 113 points. Radio International had the pleasure to
chat with Mariya already in Amsterdam at Eurovision in Concert 2014 last
April and met her again in the Press Centre for a follow-on interview

 Eurovision Song Contest Spotlight - Eurovision 2014 - The Assessment: The
Eurovision
Song Contest 2014 is over and after Eurovision is before
Eurovision. Many countries will have Eurovision events throughout the
summer into the autumn to bridge the Post Eurovision Depression. But
also Radio International does not stand still and delivers in the weekly
three hour show lots of items to make you forget the PED. This is the
last edition in the current series in which the Eurovision Experts of
Radio International will be
taking a look at the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest closing out this week
is Dermot Manning assessing the
Eurovision Song Contest 2014.
 Eurovision UnderCover: Last week, Radio International started a brand new series on the show featuring Eurovision Cover Versions where David Mann from Eurovision Norwich
will be intoducing some of the finest Eurovision Song Contest
entries covered by other singers. Just be surprised. You will be hearing
the actual song that has been on the Eurovision stage followed by the
cover. Enjoy the brand new series. Listeners are encouraged to send in
their cover versions they came across over the years to share with the
other fans tuning into the show. Alternatively, listeners can send in

 New Song Releases by Eurovision Artists: Radio
International is always keen to know how the careers of Eurovision
performers develop after their performance at the event. The show is in
collaboration with many Music Companies that supply Radio International
with the latest songs of their signed up artists to bring the muisc
closer to the fans. On a weekly basis Radio International receives songs
which are being featured on the show. New release this week by Claudia Faniello, and more
 Eurovision Song Contest News: Nathan Waddell took over the newscasting from Luke and joins the team in the studio every week to bring you the news
and the latest developments connected to the Eurovision Song Contest.
Whether it is music releases of Eurovision performers, special
concerts, gossip, etc Nathan will have it all for us during the weekly
edition of Radio International. He also takes a look at some statistics
such as viewing figures in the various countries and more.
