Eurovision Song Contest 2014 - Radio International on location in Copenhagen: During the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 the Team of Radio International produced many interviews with the Eurovision 2014 performers plus some specials

Eurovision Song Contest 2014 Quiz: In addition to the weekly
clip quiz on the show - Radio International will be giving away the
official CD to the lucky winner of the quiz. Over the past two weeks during the show JP asked a total of ten questions related to the Eurovision Song Contest 2014. This week on the show the result will be published and from all right
entries a draw will decide the winner of the Official Eurovison 2014 CD. Good luck! :) CONGRATULATIONS go to David Sobral Farina for winning the official Eurovision Song Contest 2014 CD.
Interview with the Tolmachevy Sisters (Russia 2014): Russia at
the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 was represented by the Winners of the
Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2006 - The Tolmachevy Twins back then now
called the Tolmachevy Sisters. Back in 2006 they won the Junior Eurovision Song Contest with the song entitled "Sping Jazz". In 2014, the little seeds have grown and the sisters represented Russia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 with the song "Shine"
which successfully qualified for the Grand Final from the Semi Final
and then ranked at Number 7. Rui Andrade who himself tried various times
to represent Portugal at the Eurovision Song Contest always ranked
third in the Portuguese National Final Festival da Cancao 2014 was
spotted by King of Russian Pop Philip Kirkorov and invited Rui into the
Russian Team to be the backing vocalist of the Tolmachevy Twins. The
Team of Radio International was invited to the hotel of the girls to
conduct the interview with the Eurovision Royalty. Hear it on this

Interview with Aram mp3 (Armenia 2014):
One of the most popular Comedian in Armenia Aram mp3 represented the country at the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 with the song "Not alone"
which ranked at Number 4 in the Grand Final on Saturday 10 May 2014
after - as a huge fan favourite - successfully qualified Armenia for the
Grand Final. The Team of Radio International met Aram mp3 after his Press Conference for an interview which you can hear on this week's edition of Radio International. You can watch this interview on our YouTube Channel - click here
Interview with Pollapoenk (Iceland 2014): Iceland was
represented at the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 by the colourful band
Pollapoenk who successfully managed to qualify Iceland again for the
Grand Final of the contest with the song "No Prejudice" which at the end of the contest was ranked 15th. Pollaponk is
managed by the same Icelandic label that manages Hera Bjoerk, Malta's
Chiara and last year's Iceland entry to the Eurovision Song Contest.
The Team of Radio International was delighted to meet all of the
coourful members of Pollapoenk for a short interview in the Press

Interview with Hersi (Albania 2014): One of the first countries
to select their entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 was Albania
who traditionally held their annual Festival e Kenges around Christmas
Time and the winner of which will receive the ticket to represent
Albania at the Eurovision Song Contest. Hersi Matmuija won this ticket and performed the song "One night's anger" which only ranked 15th in Semi Final 1 when only the Top Ten advanced to the Grand Final.

Eurovision Song Contest Spotlight - Eurovision 2014 - The Assessment: The
Eurovision Song Contest 2014 is over and after Eurovision is before
Eurovision. Many countries will have Eurovision events throughout the
summer into the autumn to bridge the Post Eurovision Depression. BUt
also Radio International does not stand still and delivers in the weekly
three hour show lots of items to make you forget the PED. In this short series the Eurovision Experts of Radio International will be
taking a look at the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest continuing this week
with Alasdair Rendall assessing the
Eurovision Song Contest 2014.
Eurovision UnderCover: Last week, Radio International started a brand new series on the show featuring Eurovision Cover Versions where David Mann from Eurovision Norwich
will be intoducing some of the finest Eurovision Song Contest
entries covered by other singers. Just be surprised. You will be hearing
the actual song that has been on the Eurovision stage followed by the
cover. Enjoy the brand new series. Listeners are encouraged to send in
their cover versions they came across over the years to share with the
other fans tuning into the show. Alternatively, listeners can send in

New Song Releases by Eurovision Artists: Radio
International is always keen to know how the careers of Eurovision
performers develop after their performance at the event. The show is in
collaboration with many Music Companies that supply Radio International
with the latest songs of their signed up artists to bring the muisc
closer to the fans. On a weekly basis Radio International receives songs
which are being featured on the show. New release this week by Edyta Gorniak, Zlata Ognevich, Claudia Faniello, Mei Finegold, Lee Matthews and more
Eurovision Song Contest News: Nathan Waddell took over the newscasting from Luke and joins the team in the studio every week to bring you the news and the latest developments connected to the Eurovision Song Contest. Whether it is music releases of Eurovision performers, special concerts, gossip, etc Nathan will have it all for us during the weekly edition of Radio International. He also takes a look at some statistics such as viewing figures in the various countries and more. Nathan is website editor with escxtra.com.
