 Malta Eurovision Song Contest 2014 - Interview with De Bee: A newcomer to the Malta Eurovision Song Contest is De Bee who shot to Number 2 in the Final of the contest. What a debut start it was for her and the song "Pin the Middle"
coming second with a total of 46 points. De Bee is Debbie Stivala and
amazed almost everybody with her deep relaxing voice in the contest and
this beautiful song. The Team of Radio International had the big
pleasure to meet De Bee after her rehearsal for an interview which you
can hear on this week's edition of the show.

 Malta Eurovision Song Contest 2014 - Interview with Daniel Testa: No
stranger to the world of the Eurovision Song Contest as Daniel already
represented Malta once when it was in 2008 in the Junior Eurovision Song
Contest with the song "Junior Swing" which ranked 4th at the end of the
contest. Daniel has taken on radio show hosting on Malta's most famous
music station Bay Radio amongst other things. At the Malta Eurovision
Song Contest 2014 he was one of the Newcomers with the song "One last
ride" which ranked at Number 3 with 41 points improving by one position
than in 2008. If this trend continuous then he will represent Malta at
the Eurovision Song Contest in 2015 :) The Team of Radio International
had the big pleasure to meet Daniel Testa
and the backing dancers after their rehearsal for an interview which you
can hear on this week's
edition of the show.

 Live Interview with Brequette Shane (Spain Pre-selection 2014):
As many national finals across Europe have been and still will be
hitting the TV screens and cyber space Spain have revealed their
selection process and Radio International has kindly been offered to
interview one of the contestants of the Spanish Final: Brequette Shane who will perform the song "Maes" (Run). Radio International is delighted to be chatting to the singer live during this week's edition of the show. Eurovision Song Contest Spotlight - The National Final Season 2014: With
a start of a
new quarter that means it is also the start of a new feature on
Eurovision Radio International. In the last quarter of 2013 Radio
International went through the history of Denmark at the Eurovision Song
Contest. And over the Christmas Break the national final season has
officially begun. Like in previous years the Radio International
Eurovision Experts will be assessing the National Finals 2014 live on
Radio International. Ross Bennett takes a look at the National Finals so far and some of the highlights from Malta and Sweden.
 Eurovision UnderCover: Last week, Radio International started a brand new series on the show featuring Eurovision Cover Versions where David Mann from Eurovision Norwich
will be intoducing some of the finest Eurovision Song Contest
entries covered by other singers. Just be surprised. You will be hearing
the actual song that has been on the Eurovision stage followed by the
cover. Enjoy the brand new series. Listeners are encouraged to send in
their cover versions they came across over the years to share with the
other fans tuning into the show. Alternatively, listeners can send in
their request for a particular Eurovision covered song using this link. David Mann's been digging deep in his treasure box for this week's Eurovision Cover song. Don't miss it!
 New Song Releases by Eurovision Artists: Radio
International is always keen to know how the careers of Eurovision
performers develop after their performance at the event. The show is in
collaboration with many Music Companies that supply Radio International
with the latest songs of their signed up artists to bring the muisc
closer to the fans. On a weekly basis Radio International receives songs
which are being featured on the show.
 Eurovision Song Contest News: Luke
Fisher
joins the team in the studio every week to bring you the news
and the latest developments connected to the Eurovision Song Contest.
Whether it is music releases of Eurovision performers, special
concerts, gossip, etc Luke will have it all for us during the weekly
edition of Radio International. He also takes a look at some statistics
such as viewing figures in the various countries and more.

Radio International TV Channel with Chat Room: Radio International launched its own 
Interviews with Firelight (Malta 2014): Following in the footsteps of Gianluca Bezzina, Malta will be represented by the band Firelight who
won the Malta Eurovision Song Contest 2014 on Saturday, 08 February
2014 and "Finally" Michelle Mifsud (vocals, piano, percussion), Richard
Edward Micallef (vocals, acoustic guitar, Appalachian mountain dulcimer,
percussion), Tony Polidano (vocals, upright bass, electric bass,
acoustic bass, percussion), Matthew Ellul (acoustic guitar, electric
guitar) and Leslie Decesare (drums, percussion, harmonica) are going to
represent Malta after Richard Edwards as soloist attempted to obtain the
ticket in previous editions of the Malta Eurovision Song Contests. He
came second in 2011 with the song "Finally". Michelle, Richard
and brother Wayne are also part of the Mics who previously also entered
the national selection of Malta. Parts of The Team of Radio
International were in Malta and attended the national final and
interviewed the many artists in the competition. Over the next few weeks
you will hear some of the interviews on Radio International. This week
though, surely the band that represents Malta at the Eurovision Song
Contest in Copenhagen come May with the song "Coming Home".
