The Team of Radio International is in Malta for the Malta Eurovision Song Contest 2013 in which the song that will represent Malta at the Eurovision Song Contest 2013 in Malmö, Sweden come May 2013. 

 

Public broadcaster pbs kept the same format of the contest as in 2012 in which 24 Semi Finalist compete for the Top 16 places on Friday 01 February 2013. The Top 16 will advance to the Grand Final on Saturday, 02 February 2013 coming from the Malta Fairs and Convention Centre (MFCC) in Ta'Qali in the heart of Malta.  The winner will then represent Malta in Malmö at the Eurovision Song Contest 2013.
 

To get you already into the mood for the Semi Final on Friday, it is vital that you listen to this weeks very special edition of Radio International and hear all the 24 songs that are competing for the ticket to Malmö. Also there will be some other highlights during the show.
