 Eric Lehmann, President of OGAE Luxembourg and Radio International Host extra-ordinaire will be joining JP and the
team in the studio to also co-host this week's edition of
Radio International.
 Interview with Eleftheria Eleftheriou (Greece 2012):
The Team of Radio International every year travels to various events
involving the artists of the Eurovision Song Contest. This is also no
exception this year and Lilian, Eric and JP were in Stockhom
interviewing various artists that performed at the 2012 edition of the
Schlager Evening held open-air in a park in Stockholm city in Sweden.
Some of the interviews will air this and next week on Radio
International. This week we start with the Greek representative to the
Eurovision Song Contest Eleftheria Eleftheriou who reached Number 17 at the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 in Baku with the song "Aphrodisiac". Just a couple of weeks ago Eleftheria released a brand new song and video called "Hearts Collide"
about which she will also be chatting with us in the interview you hear
during this week's edition of Radio International, plus more. And you can also watch the video version of the interview by clicking here.  Interview with Karl Batterbee - Organiser of the Stockholm's Schlager Evening 2012:
Karl Batterbee was the responsible person for the setup of the Schlager
Evening 2012 plus also the main supervisor that all goes according to
plan. Eric and JP interviewed the Irish (now living in Sweden)
organisational genius. Certainly, it is not easy to plan this huge event
and coordinate all the over 30 national (Swedish) and international
artists that appeared during the Schlager Evening 2012. Listen to what

 Live Interview with XXX: Just like last week
when Poland's Marcin Mrozinski was the special surprise guest on the
show Radio International this week also works on a surprise live guest
to be on the show. Who is it going to be? Just make sure not to miss
this week's edition or Eurovision Radio International to find out. :) Although the PODCAST is available now for you we will not write here who the Surprise Guest was in order to keep the suspense when you are listening to the show recorded.
 Eurovision Song Contest Spotlight - The Host Entries: After
reflecting on the 57th Eurovision Song Contest over the past weeks Radio
International now continuous to present a brand new series with the Eurovision
experts in the UK and Ireland to take you through the summer. The new
series is taking a look at the entries to the Eurovision Song Contest by
the countries that were hosting the contest e.g. this year the
Eurovision Song Contest came from Azerbaijan and the Azeri entry = Host
Entry is Sabina Babayeva. This week it is the turn of Dermot Manning who will be joining the team in the studio to take a look at the host entries of 1986, 1996, 2006, 1957, 1967, 1977 and 1987. the ultimate
Eurovision song

 Home Composed Song Contest 2012 - Call out for submissions: As in previous years Radio International supports the Home Composed Song Contest
which is a songwriters competition across Europe and beyond. 2012 marks
the 21st edition of the Song Contest and the 2011 edition was won by
Denmark and this year's edition is hosted by Spain. Contact the website of the Home Composed Song Contest
