Interview with Andreas Lundstedt from Alcazar (Sweden, Melodifestivalen 2012):
Andreas Lundstedt is one of the founder members of Alcazar who
participated various times at the Melodifestivalen in Sweden. Also he
was part of the multi-national group Six-4-One representing Switzerland
at the 2006 Eurovision Song Contest in Athens with the song "If we all
give a little" written by Ralph Siegel. Now in 2012 Andreas Lundsteadt will
enter in the race for the ticket to the Eurovision Song Contest to
represent Sweden at the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 in Baku. He will
compete in Semi Final 2 of Melodifestivalen 2012 with the song "Aldrig aldrig"
(Never Never). Our Scandinavian rowing reporter Lilian Brunell met and
interviewed Andreas during a press meeting in Stockholm when the artists
were presented to the media. Listen to this

Interview with Timoteij (Sweden, Melodifestivalen 2012):
Timoteij tried their luck first in 2010 to win the ticket to the Eurovision Song Contest with the song "Kom" which came 5th in the Final of the Melodifestivalen 2010. After a year's break Timoteij are
back in the 2012 edition of Sweden's biggest music race for finding the
song to represent the country at the Eurvision Song Contest 2012 in
Baku. The song is called "Stormande hav" (Storming Sea) and will
compete also in Semi Final 2 of Melodifestivalen 2012. Lilian Brunell
also had the pleasure to meet and interviewedthe girl group Timoteij
during a press meeting in Stockholm when the artists were
presented to the media. Listen to this

Eurovision Song Contest Spotlight - "The National Finals so far" with Dermot Manning:
Until the end of the National Final Season for the Eurovision Song
Contest 2012 (10 March 2011) the new series continuous this week on
Radio
International where our Eurovision specialists are taking a weekly
look at the
songs that have been selected for Baku so far or some of the highlights
in the various heats of the National Finals. In Dermot's first
appearance on Radio International in 2012 he will take a look at some
highlights
from the first heats of Bulgaira, Iceland and Latvia. A growing list of already selected artists for the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 is available here .

The next season of
the Euro Friends Song Contest is under way in search for the ultimate
Eurovision song
as voted for by the many fans around the world. Andy Simon joins us
every week to reveal the qualifiers for the next round. The website of
