ImageRadio International TV Channel with Chat Room: As from this week - Radio International launched its own Livestream TV Channel where fans can join and see how we actually do Radio International and listen to the show while chatting with the other Eurovision fans joining the community.  But also you can watch there the many interviews the Team of Radio International has done over the past weeks and also a re-run of the weekly edition of Radio International. ImagePossible Live Interview with Eldar & Nigar - the Winners of the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest:  Azerbaijan celebrates their 20th Anniversary of Independance. For this occasion the Winners of the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest - Eldar & Nigar from Azerbaijan are in London where festivities are held. Our Eurovision New Man - Luke Fisher was on location and tried to get both of them on the phone during the live broadcast of Radio International for an interview. Unfortunately, there was not enough time for Eldar & Nigar to give a live interview via phone as they were escorted to the stage. However, Luke made an interview and this will be available on Radio International and escXtra.com next week.
 
ImageInterview with Eurovision Winner Marie Myriam (France 1977): OGAE Portugal held their third annual Eurovision Live Concert in Setubal, Portugal on 10 September 2011 and invited a list of great Eurovision performers singing their entry to the Eurovision Song Contest to an international audience in  the auditorium Jose Alfonso in the heart of Setubal. The guest of honour was the Winner of the 1977 Eurovision Song Contest who represented France with the song "L'oiseau et l'enfant" - Marie Myriam. Native Portuguese it was amazing to see the former Winner of the Eurovision Song Contest perform her winning entry from 1977. The Team of Radio International was present and conducted an interview with Marie Myriam backstage. Listen to this interview during this week's edition of Radio International. 
 
ImageInterview with Justine Pelmelay (Netherlands 1989):  OGAE Netherlands had their very first convention in the Dutch City of Rotterdam with the participation of Justine Pelmelay (Netherlands 1989), Nusa Derenda (Slovenia 2001) and Lucia Perez (Spain 2011). The Team of Radio International was present and conduted interviews with all three artists. This week listen to the interview which JP and Luke Fisher did with Justine Pelmelay on her experience at the Eurovision Song Contest  in 1989 and the time afterwards. Justine represented the Netherlands at the 1989 Eurovision Song Contest in Lausanne, Switzerland with the song "Blijf zoals je bent" reaching Number 15.
Due to lack of time during the show and the number of requests received this interview was rescheduled for broadcast to 26 October 2011. Sorry for the inconvenience.

ImageJunior Eurovision Song Contest 2011 Spotlight with Michael Goodrich:  13 countries will be taking part at the 2011 Junior Eurovision Song Contest which will this year come from the capital of Armenia - Yerevan on Saturday, 03 December 2011. Our US correspondent Michael follows the National Finals of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest and each week will deliver a summary of what has happened so far. This week in particular he will feature the Belgian National Selection called Junior Eurosong.  
 
ImageEurovision Song Contest Spotlight - Eurovision's Runners Up with Dermot Manning:  The third part of the series is when our Eurovision correspondents take a chronological look at the songs that came second in the Eurovision Song Contest during the years from 1956 to now whereas 1956 had no known ranking. Dermot joins the team in the studio to continue this week with 1967 to 1971
 
ImageHome Composed Song Contest 2011: 02 October 2011 was the last submission day for competing songs in this year's competition. And with this the official voting season for the Home Composed Song Contest 2011has started with an amazing record number of 38 entries have been submitted. Last year's event was won by the United Kingdom which like at the Eurovision Song Contest means that the winning country will virtually host the following year's contest. Andy Brooks is the prime organiser of the event and has launched the website which you can visit here and see the further details, listen again to the songs and cast your vote until the end of October 2011 and may the best home composed song win. :)  The Winner will be announced on the 01 or 02 November 2011.
