Interview with Homens da Luta (Portugal 2011): The group of Portuguese commedians took part in the national final in Lisabon in February of 2011 and won the ticket to represent Portugal at the Eurovision Song Contest. In Duesseldorf, in the run-up to the Semi Final 1the members of Homens da Luta (Struggle Man for Joy) from Portugal had a couple of great Press Conferences to the international media but also JP & Jutta had a chance of an interview with the group in the Interview Room. For sure, JP never had never experienced an interview like this. Experience it yourself in listening to the show this week. Unfortunately, the funny bunch with their song "A Luta é alegria" did not qualify Portugal for the Grand Final of the 56th Eurovision Song Contest - in fact ending up as Number 18 in Semi Final 1 with a total of 22 points.
Interview with Paradise Oskar (Finland 2011): Our rowing reporter Lilian Brunell from Stockholm in Sweden is currently in Finland and crossed the way of Paradise Oskar
at a music event in Jacobstad located at the west coast of Finland.
Lilian has sent in the interview with the singer talking about his
experience of the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest 2011 in Duesseldorf,
Germany and how his future will look like. Paradise Oskar could
successfully qualify Finland for the Grand Final out of the Semi Final 1
where he reached a remarkable third place and then in the Final he
ended up at Number 21 with 57 points. The song "Da Da Dam" was
penned by Paradise Oskar whose real name is Axel Ehnstroem. Listen to
the interview on this week's edition of Radio International.
