Malta's Thea Saliba LIVE in the Studio: Radio International has
the big pleasure to welcome once again Thea Saliba to the studios this
week. Currently, Thea is in the Netherlands for a Show Case and will be
performing some of her biggest hits in front of an audience. We will
find out more about that during the interview the Team of Radio
International will be doing with Thea live in the studio. Thea Saliba represented Malta at the Junior Eurovision Song
Contest in 2005 together with her friends with the song "Make it right".
From then on Thea has been very busy with producing a string of huge
hits in Malta and beyond. Produced in Germany we will be listening to
some of the songs during the show this week. Very interesting to see
what has become of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest contestant! :) The
Team of Radio International looks forward to welcoming Thea to the
Studio this week. For further information on Thea Saliba please visit her website here. There is also an alternative page you can find here.
Interview with Thea Garrett and Marcin Mrozinski (Malta & Poland 2010): The
Maltese Eurovision Song Contest 2011 took place in February with Thea
Garrett opening up the contest with the winning song of the 2010 edition
of Malta's song for the 2010 Eurovision Song Contest. We all remember
so fondly the wings going up behind Thea Garrett singing "My Dream".
Unfortunately, with the performance as the opening song of the 2011
Malta Eurovision Song Contest this is also the last time the "bird" will
be seen with Thea on stage. Already in Oslo there was a bond being
created between Thea and Poland's representative to the Eurovision Song
Contest - Marcin Mrozinski. Marcin sang "Legenda" at the 2010 Eurovision which as well as Malta's "My Dream"
did not qualify their countries to the Grand Final of the 2010
Eurovivision Song Contest. At the Polish Party in Oslo both of the
singers performed "All I ask of you" from the musical "Phantom
of the Opera" with their voices harmonizing so well together. Then at
the Malta Eurovision Song Contest 2011 in February the spectators in the
hall and the viewers to TVM could witness the latest colaboration
between Thea Garrett and Marcin Mrozinksi which is called "In our love".
Radio International met the two singers in Malta and had the pleasure
for a great interview which is being broadcast during this week's edition
of Radio International.
