Eurovision Interview with Jogvan Hansen (Iceland 2011 Selection): The national selection process for the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest is in full flow. Radio International is delighted to welcome to this week's edition of the show one of the contestants of the Icelandic national final who reached Number 2 in 2010 - Jogvan Hansen. He is competing again in the national final in Iceland for 2011 and of course after the interview you will hear his entry which will compete in the third heat in Iceland. Eurovision Interview with Josh Dubovie (United Kingdom, 2010): OGAE Germany held their annual convention in Munich last weekend (22 January 2011) with the participation of special guests from the world of the Eurovision Song Contest. Jalisse (Italy 1997), Nimah Kavanagh (Ireland 1993, 2010), Marty Brem (Austria 1980, 1981) and Josh Dubovie who represented the United Kingdom at the 2010 Eurovsion Song Contest with the song "That sounds good to me" in Oslo. Like the other invited artists Josh also gave an amazing concert to the many Eurovision fans present. He presented his first album called Josh Dubovie - Carpe Diem. Radio International is extremely happy to have Josh on the show for an interview and you will hear some songs from this album. More information on Josh is available here. Euro Friend Song Contest 2011 - Start Voting Now for the Second Quarterfinal: Radio International in collaboration with the Euro Friends Song Contest are in search for the ultimate Eurovision song. The Voting Windows is open from now until next Sunday evening. You too can be member of an international Jury. All you have to do is to contact Andy on the Face Book Page of the Euro Friends Song Contest. He will get back to you to inform what you have to do in order to vote. Next week Radio International and Andy from the Euro Friends Song Contest will reveal the ten qualifiers of the Second Quarterfinal during the show. Eurovision Song Contest Spotlight: National Finals: The national selection season has started and on a weekly basis Radio International will assess the songs with a panel of Eurovision experts - the listeners via the oikotimes.tv chat. This week Radio International continues to take a look at the songs for the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest from Croatia, Finland, Iceland and Norway's Semi Finals and Heats. For that Alasdair Rendall will join the team in the studio.
