ImageEurovision Interview with Anna Rossinelli (Switzerland 2011): Last weekend saw the very first national Final of the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest Season. Radio International was present during the show and could interview the lady that will represent Switzerland in Duesseldorf at the Eurovision Song Contest 2011 - Anna Rossinelli. The song "In love for a while" received 23.93% of the televotes and was also the clear favourite of the Jury (no voting power though) in the show. In addition to the interview with the winning artists Radio International also spoke to the presenter of the show Sven Epiney who is also the Eurovision Commentator for Swiss TV. ImageInterview with Seyran Ismayilkhanov - Contestant to represent Azerbaijan in the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest: Seyran is a singer / songwriter / TV producer / actor / Model from Azerbaijan who lived for some time in Germany. His passion is Oriental music which he combines with modern European Pop and Jazz music. He attended the Moscow Conservatoire and has since then become a regular stage performer.  Seyran produced also his own TV Show. What is the link to the Eurovision Song Contest. ImageEuro Friend Song Contest 2010 - Start of Heat 12: Radio International in collaboration with the Euro Friends Song Contest 2011 announcing the start of HEAT 12 and final one in which the international juries can vote on the Face Book Page of the contest. You can be part of the jury. All you have to do is to go to the Face Book Page of the Euro Friends Song Contest and vote for your 10 favourite songs in the Eurovision Song Contest amongst the last hundred songs of Europe's biggest music competition.  Last week Radio International revealed the ten qualifiers of HEAT 11 and now HEAT 12 has started and is open to be voted on until Sunday evening.  Next week Radio International and Andy from the Euro Friends Song Contest will reveal the ten qualifiers of Heat 12 during the show. Join to vote for your favourite Eurovision songs by clicking on this link which takes you to the Face Book Page of the Event. Remember, you have to be a member in order to join the voting.    

ImageEurovision Song Contest Spotlight: Germany: In view of the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest from Germany, Radio International's four regular Eurovision Experts will be joining us in turn week by week to review all the German entries of the Eurovision Song Contest from 1956 to 2010. Chris Poppe is back to continue with the review of the German entries in the Eurovision Song Contest 2001 - 2005.
 
ImageHome Composed Song Contest 2010 - The Result: Radio International continues the support of this songwriters competition also in 2010. Austria virtually hosted this contest this year and visitors to the website of the OGAE Austria could cast their vote until 31 October 2010 to their favourite songs. The Voting Show is now available online here and shortly the overview table will be displayed here. Radio International will be producing a show with the Top 15 of this year's Home Composed Song Contest to be broadcast on 29 December 2010
