ImageEurovision Interview with Kit Rolfe alias Belle & the Devotions: (United Kingdom 1984 - Part 1):  Over a week ago the OGAE UK had their annual EUROBASH in Manchester with a very special guest that represented the United Kingdom at the 1984 Eurovision Song Contest: Belle & the Devotions. The band was fronted by Kit Rolfe who Radio International had a huge pleasure to meet and interview during the Eurobash recently. "Love Games" reached a remarkable 7th place at the 1984 Eurovision Song Contest from Luxembourgh. Listen  Part 1of the interview during this week's edition of Radio International. Part 2 will be broadcast during Radio International on 03 November 2010.
 
ImageChrista Karu live on Radio International this week: In August 2009 a Eurovision Project came into being in Germany called "One World, One Dream" consisting of six young singers from five countries of Europe. Radio International was present at this Eurovision Workshop and has the big pleasure to welcome at long last one of the members of this project to the studios - Christa Karu who is the Estonian part of this Eurovision project.  Christa's songs have been heard various times already on Radio International. Christa also participated at the Home Composed Song Contest 2009 reaching Number 7 with "Stay" and also she is competing in the 2010 edition of the Home Composed Song Contest. ImageEuro Friend Song Contest 2010 - HEAT 8 - The Qualifiers:  Radio International in collaboration with the Euro Friends Song Contest announce during the show this week the ten qualifiers of HEAT 4 of what the international juries have been voting for on the Facebook page. On the Face Book Page of the Euro Friends Song Contest, one could vote for your ten favourite songs in the Eurovision Song Contest  amongst the eighth hundred songs of Europe's biggest music competition.  Two weeks ago Radio International revealed the ten qualifiers of HEAT 7 and now HEAT 8 is closed and the results will be announced during the show by Andy Simon, who is one of the prime organiser of Euro Friends Song Contest 2011.  Heat 9 will start very soon and you can join to vote for your favourite Eurovision songs by clicking on this link which takes you to the Face Book Page of the Event. Remember, you have to be a member in order to join the voting.

ImageHome Composed Song Contest 2010: Austria is hosting the 2010 Home Composed Song Contest via the following website. 22 songs from 9 countries are competing for the winning trophy. Until midnight of 31 October 2010 you can vote for your favourite songs. You can listen to the songs again via the above website to make up your mind for whom to vote. Radio International hopes that during the next edition of the show the results will be revealed.
