Eurovision Song Contest with Radio International and on Oikotimes.TV

Interview with Magnus Carlsson (formerly with Alcazar and Barbados):  At the end of July 2010 Lilian, JP and Eric were in Stockholm for a huge Eurovision Event where many Eurovision artists were interviewed. Radio International continues to air these interviews on the show this week.  Listen to an interview with one of the founder members of Alcazar and also Barbados - Magnus Carlsson who participated various times at the Melodifestivalen to get the ticket to the Eurovision Song Contest for Sweden. One of his biggest hits is  "Live forever" which of course will be part of this week's edition of Radio International.

Euro Friend Song Contest 2010 - Start of HEAT 4: Radio International in collaboration with the Euro Friends Song Contest 2011 announcing the start of HEAT 4 for the international juries to vote on the Face Book Page of the contest. On the Face Book Page of the Euro Friends Song Contest, you vote for your 10 favourite songs in the Eurovision Song Contest amongst the fourth hundred songs of Europe's biggest music competition.  Last week Radio International revealed the ten qualifiers of HEAT 3 and now HEAT 4 has started and is open to be voted on.  Next week Radio International and Andy from the Euro Friends Song Contest will reveal the ten qualifiers of Heat 4 during the show. Eurovision Song Contest Spotlight - EUROVISION OLDs with Chris Poppe:  On the schedule this was was Chris's Mysterious Eurovision Performers' Profile which will be kept for a later edition of Radio International. However, this week Chris will take a look into the Eurovision songs and news that happened in the months of August of various years. So this is a kind of a trip down Memory Lane.

Eurovision Song Contest News:  Also Eurovision Newsreaders need to go on holidays which is the case for Luke Fisher who is away for a couple of weeks. JP tried to cover as much as possible to stand in for Luke this week to bring you the news and the latest developments connected to the Eurovision Song Contest. Whether it is music releases of Eurovision performers, special concerts, gossip, etc Chris will have it for us during the weekly edition of Radio International.
