Radio International Goes ... to the Eurovision Song Contest 2009 - Part 9. In this final part of the current series we air an interview with this year's Belarussian entrant Petr Elfimov who with "Eyes the never lie" performed in Semi Final 1 but failed to qualify his country for the Grand Final of the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest.    Listen to the interview during our show.
