ImageEnjoy our second part of Radio International Goes to the Eurovision Song Contest of 2005. Also this week JP is joined by Marcus Keppel-Palmer to review the Eurovision Song Contest of 2005. JP and Marcus take primarily a look at the entries that did not qualify for the Grand Final of the 50th Eurovision Song Contest which was staged in Kiev's Sportspalace in the Ukraine. However, some of the songs really deserved to qualify. But not only the songs from the Semi Final will be played there are also your favourites of that particular Eurovision Song Contest. Eurovision Song Contest 2009 with Alasdair Rendall:  Alasdair reviews some national selections with the songs that are popular with the fans but had little success in the national final. We check out Moldova, Serbia, Romania and Finland.

Eurovision Club OGAE Finland Eurovision Disco is organised at the Hercules Club downtown Helsinki. EC Germany's  DJ Ohrmeister will be spinning the Eurovision classics and dancables. The show starts at 2000 hours on Friday, 17 April 2009 and ends in the early hours of Saturday morning. Saturday afternoon starting at 1600 - 1900 hours the OGAE Finland Preview Party of the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest contestants is held in a big cinema. POC is OGAE Finland for further information. Malta's Thea Saliba releases new song:  Hot of the press Thea informs us about the release of her brand new song called "On the Dance Floor" which we played on the programme. The song is charting amongst well known names in R&B such as Flo Rida, Enrique Iglesias, Pussycat Dolls, Eminem, Akon, Beyonce, Lemar, Jennifer Hudson, Kanye West and Craig David. EurovisiO
is a weekly radio show produced in the studios of Oradio
in Antwerp, Belgium.  It airs every Monday evening from 2200 - 2300 hours and is presented by Philip Vereyken.  A must for Eurovision freaks. Lots of nice Eurovision music, interviews and news - however, in the Flemish language. You can listen to a repeat of EurovisO by clicking here.  Philip also can help you find accommodation in Moscow. Malta's Eurovision Radio comes from the sunny island presented by Deo Grech on Super ONE Radio every Tuesday from 2045 - 2145 hours. You can contact Deo during the show and request your favourite Eurovision songs. The show is in Maltese mixed with English. Colin Berry, the legendary voice from BBC Radio 2 in the UK now hosts a Saturday Radio Show on BBC Three Counties Radio including a Eurovision Spot. Colin Berry was the spokesperson for the British jury for over 20 years.

The EXPAT part of Radio International.  

West International. On 07 January 2009 Radio International was visited by a TV Crew from TV West filming us doing the show. The TV documentary called "West International" marking the start of a TV series focussing at the EXPATS in the Netherlands airing on  Mondays at 2230 hours and is then  also available on the website.
