(18 April 2009)The week Radio International goes to Sweden's Melofifestivalen 2009 which took place in Stockholm, Sweden on Saturday, 14 March 2009. 11 songs reached the Grand Final which was held in the legendary Globen Arena in Stockholm where in 2000 The Olson Brothers won the Eurovision Song Contest for Denmark with "Fly on the wings of love".  

Malena Ernman will represent Sweden at the 54th Eurovision Song Contest that will be staged in Moscow's Olympic Indoor Arena on 12, 14 & 16 of May 2009 with the song "La Voix".
