| Eurovision Promo Concert in The Netherlands - 18 April 2009 |

The first Dutch Eurovision Promo Concert will take place in Amsterdam on 18 April 2009.
Several representatives in the Eurovision Song Contest 2009 will perform their Eurovision entry in Amsterdam Marcanti as a part of their international promotour.
Hosts of the event will be former representatives Marga Bult (ESC 1987) and Maggie Mc Neal (ESC 1974 and 1980). The first list of participating countries included the following artists:
The Eurovision Promo Concert is organised by www.songfestival.web-log.nl, OGAE Netherlands, Bea Records, www.esctoday.com and Café Rouge, a well known café in the city centre of Amsterdam. The aim of the event is to celebrate the 50th participation of the Netherlands in The Eurovision Song Contest. Besides that the organisers hope to bring the ‘4 times winner’ back on the map for Eurovision promotours. Before the concert there will be a Press Conference after which accredited members of the media are invited to conduct interviews with the 2009 hopefuls.
Tickets can be purchased via www.amsterdam-marcanti.nl and will be priced € 20,00.
